The invention relates to a walking aid supporting the weight of the body of an aided person (100), said aid being programmable and specialized according to each of the left and right bearings, wherein said aid comprises a support structure mounted on wheels (7), said structure including a bottom element (2) and a top element (1) for supporting the person, said top element being rendered mobile relative to the bottom element along a vertical axis by means of a sliding system (3) actuated by an actuator system (20). The aid comprises a system of gravitational-force sensors, which generates the weight for the top element, and a system (50) for measuring the position of the lower limbs (101, 102) of the person. The actuator system is controlled by the system of gravitational-force sensors, and is further controlled by a system for programming and managing support on the basis of the measurement of the position of the lower limbs of the person.
