A traditional Chinese herbal medicine extraction device includes an extraction tank and a concentration reflux device. The concentration reflux device includes a vacuum concentration tank, a condenser, a recovery tank, and a sampling tank. The vacuum concentration tank receives and concentrates the extraction liquid which extracted from the traditional Chinese herbal medicine from the extraction tank. After the condenser condenses the solvent vaporized from the extraction liquid, the recovery tank receives the solvent and flow it to the extraction tank. The recovery tank includes a feeding port for adjusting the composition and concentration of the solvent in the recovery tank according to the concentration of the solvent in the sampling tank, so that the solvent can be easily recovered, formulated, and reused to achieve a gradient extraction. The invention further includes an icing and breaking device, which breaks cell walls before the extraction to improve the efficiency of the extraction.本發明提供一種中藥材萃取設備，其包含：萃取槽及濃縮迴流裝置。濃縮迴流裝置包括：真空濃縮槽、冷凝器、回收槽以及取樣槽。真空濃縮槽用以接收並濃縮萃取槽中萃取中藥材所形成的萃取液體。冷凝器冷凝萃取液體中氣化之溶劑後，由回收槽接收並將溶劑流至萃取槽。其中，回收槽包含加料口，用以根據取樣槽中之溶劑的濃度加入物料來調整回收槽中溶劑的成份及濃度，讓溶劑便於回收、調配、再利用，以達到梯度萃取。此外，本發明更包含冰晶破壁裝置，將中藥材於萃取前先進行破壁，以提高後續萃取的效能。
