PURPOSE: A nail art masking agent and a nail art operating method using the same are provided to facilitate the removal of a nail art masking agent and to reduce time for nail art.CONSTITUTION: A nail art masking agent comprises film former, solvent, tackifier, surfactant and forms a peelable film by being applied to the skin around nails. The film former is selected from polyvinyl pyrrolidone or polyvinyl alcohol. The solvent is water and alcohol.
