Provided is a method for manufacturing a heat exchanger comprising a hollow fiber membrane layer obtained from a base material which is composed of numerous hollow fiber membranes having a hollow portion through which a heat medium passes and in which the numerous hollow fiber membranes are accumulated to form the general shape of a cylindrical body.
