The invention relates to an aortic sinus prosthesis (1) having at least one substantially cylindrical prosthesis section (2), a bulb section (3) adjoined thereto and expanded as compared to the cylindrical prosthesis section, and optionally a further cylindrical prosthesis section (4) close to the heart, adjoining the bulb section. At least two, preferably three longitudinal webs (5, 6, 7) are associated with the bulb section (3) for partitioning the bulb into at least two, preferably three sinuses, and for supporting the commissures of the heart valve, wherein the longitudinal webs can be positioned and affixed to the exterior of the bulb section (3).
