A new and distinct cultivar of Helleborus plant named ‘EPB 32’, characterized by its upright and mounding plant habit uniform, continuous and freely flowering habit relatively large dark purple-colored flowers that are held above the foliar plane on relatively long peduncles and good garden performance.
