The device has a threaded duct (5) for supply of fluid, and a tube (1) sliding around another tube (2) according to a travel until a cutting tapered part of the former tube is protected by an end of the former tube. The former tube contains an inflatable balloon (3) assuring extensible cavity function. The balloon is inflated by injection of fluid by an end of a threaded pipe after the balloon is penetrated into a tumor (8). Quantity of liquid is injected into the balloon according to size of the tumor.
