The present invention relates to a method for providing an exercise test service, a terminal device for the same, and a server device, and the method comprises the steps of: receiving an input of a test result value measured by performing, by an examinee, a test of predetermined conditions； calculating at least one diagnosis reference value, which indicates the cardiopulmonary capacity of the examinee, by using the inputted test result value； and sorting the examinee into one of a plurality of groups on the basis of at least one calculated diagnosis reference value, and providing information on an exercise program corresponding to the corresponding group.
