The device has an electric tri-cycle provided with an electric motor (9), a seat (5) with removable armrests (6), and two footrests (2). The footrests are fixed by two steel tubes welded on a frame, where the tubes are made of material. A part (4) of the frame or a saddle is welded with the removable armrests of the seat to ensure safety for handicapped person. Two steel bars are fixed between the frame and the seat of the tri-cycle to ensure stability of the seat. The steel tubes are fixed between an upright of the saddle and a rear portion of the tri-cycle to receive the seat.Ce brevet d'invention est un tricycle avec moteur électrique (9), non polluant à l'environnement, économique et léger. Il est constitué par un siège (5) avec des accoudoirs amovibles(6) pour faciliter l'entrée de l'utilisateur, de deux reposes pieds (pallettes) (2)et un frein manuelle pour l'immobilité. Il est constitué d'une roue avant de 16 ou 20" (1) pour donner plus de stabilité . confort dans la conduite, le tricycle été ajouté au projet un moteur électrique (9), siège (5) qui remplace la selle de bicyclette usuellement utilisée par des modèles semblables, de reposes pieds (pallettes)(2) et un frein manuelle pour l'immobilité. Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné aux personnes handicapées ou à mobilité réduite aient la liberté d'un autre mode de locomotion sans avoir besoin d'un compagnon ou assistant.
