PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus allowing change of an optical magnification ratio and a photographic range.SOLUTION: This X-ray CT apparatus includes: an X-ray tube 121 irradiating a subject P with X-rays a first detector 131a detecting the X-rays transmitted through the subject a second detector 131b detecting the X-rays transmitted through the subject, and having a curvature different from the first detector 131a a drive means provided in the X-ray tube 121 and an operation part 170 inputting a changeover signal for changing over the first detector 131a and the second detector 131b.
