Provided is a vital sign detection garment which is capable of reliably detecting vital signs over an extended period without causing discomfort to a wearer. This vital sign detection garment comprises: at least two or more electrodes formed from a conductive fiber structure； a measuring device which detects and processes electrical vital signs which the electrodes which are in contact with a living body have acquired； wiring parts which electrically connect the electrodes with the measuring device； and a garment main body part whereupon the electrodes, the measuring device, and the wiring parts are positioned in prescribed locations.本發明提供一種不對穿用者造成不悅感、可長期間穩定檢測生體信號的生體信號檢測衣料。本發明之生體信號檢測衣料的特徵在於具備：由導電性纖維構造物所構成之至少2個以上的電極；對由與生體接觸之上述電極所取得之生體電信號進行檢測處理的測定裝置；將上述電極與上述測定裝置進行導通連接的佈線部；與於既定位置配置上述電極、上述測定裝置及上述佈線部的衣料本體部。
