PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier of an absorbent capable of directly using for a body fluid reflux and removing a malignant substance having less than 2 hundred thousand of the molecular amount from a body fluid including blood and blood plasma with high efficiency and selectivity, and a method of manufacturing it.SOLUTION: The method manufactures porous particles composed of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and polyvinyl pyrrolidone, and an undiluted solution with 1,000-6,500 mPa s of viscosity at 50°C is prepared from an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, and these good solvents in an undiluted solution preparation process, and the undiluted solution is discharged from a nozzle and passed through a free running part, and it is coagulated to be particles in a poor solvent of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer at ≥5 and ≤55°C in a forming process, and then porous particles composed of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and polyvinyl pyrrolidone having ≥2 and ≤6 hundred thousand Da of exclusion limit molecular amount are obtained in the method of manufacturing porous particles via the two processes.
