PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve thickness of a fine foam-including layer and/or retention time of the fine foam-including layer in a packed sparkling drink containing grain decomposition product.SOLUTION: Provided is the production method of a packed sparkling drink containing grain decomposition product including a foam layer, a fine foam-including layer, and a sparkling drink layer containing grain decomposition product. The foam of the sparkling drink containing grain decomposition product formed by adjusting a particle diameter of foams to an effective range generating the fine foam-including layer, is added on the sparkling drink containing grain decomposition product which was poured in a container in advance, for generating the fine foam-including layer below a boundary liquid level between the foam layer and the sparkling drink layer containing grain decomposition product.【課題】容器入り穀類分解物含有発泡性飲料において、微細泡含有層の厚さおよび/または持続時間を向上させること。【解決手段】発泡体層と、微細泡含有層と、穀類分解物含有発泡性飲料層とを含んでなる容器入り穀類分解物含有発泡性飲料の製造方法であって、微細泡含有層を発生させる有効範囲に泡の粒径を調整してなる穀類分解物含有発泡性飲料の発泡体を、予め容器に注出された穀類分解物含有発泡性飲料上に添加して、発泡体層と、穀類分解物含有発泡性飲料層との境界液面下に微細泡含有層を発生させることを含んでなる方法を用いる。【選択図】図3
