A device (1) for the ventilation of a human being or animal which comprises a dome (2) having a cavity (2a), which dome (2) is attached to a laryngeal ring (3) for sealing the human being or animal's internal airways, at least one oxygen tube (4) that connects to the cavity (2a) of the dome (2), for allowing oxygen or gases to enter or leave the human being or animal's internal airways and at least one laryngeal aspiration tube (5), different from the oxygen tube (4), that also connects to the cavity (2a) of the dome (2), for allowing air and/or secretions to leave the human being or animal's internal airways.La présente invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour l'assistance respiratoire chez un être humain ou un animal qui comprend un dôme (2) ayant une cavité (2a), ledit dôme (2) est fixé à un anneau laryngé (3) pour créer l'étanchéité des voies respiratoires internes de l'être humain ou de l'animal, au moins un tube d'oxygène (4) qui se raccorde à la cavité (2a) du dôme (2), pour permettre à l'oxygène ou aux gaz d'entrer dans les voies respiratoires internes de l'être humain ou de l'animal, ou d'en sortir, et au moins un tube d'aspiration laryngé (5), différent du tube d'oxygène (4), qui est également raccordé à la cavité (2a) du dôme (2) permettant à l'air et/ou aux sécrétions de sortir des voies respiratoires internes de l'être humain ou de l'animal.
