The present invention relates to a method of coating a nanocrystalline hydroxyapatite film on the surface of a biocompatible metal alloy implant. The nanocrystalline hydroxyapatite film formed by the method of the present invention has excellent biocompatibility and osteoconduction, and can thus improve in vivo osseointegration of the biocompatible metal alloy implant. According to the method of the present invention, the method does not require a chemical treatment for etching or a treatment of the simulated body fluid, and is thus simple and economical.본 발명은 생체적합성금속 임플란트 표면에 나노 결정상의 하이드록시아파타이트(hydroxyapatite) 피막층을 코팅하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 의해 형성된 나노 결정상의 하이드록시아파타이트 코팅층은 생체적합성과 골전도성이 우수하여 생체내에서 생체적합성금속 임플란트의 골융합 효과를 향상시킬 수 있다. 본 발명의 방법에 의하면 식각용 화학약품처리 또는 가상인체용액의 처리가 불필요하여 간단하고 경제적이다.
