Particularly, the Invention provides a bio-inspired composition comprising pigment extract obtained from silk pupa or silk cocoon as active component, useful for providing protection to a subject against ultraviolet light, as an antioxidant and anti-aging agent in personal care products.La présente invention concerne une composition à base de pigment de soie.
