PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe having improved detection accuracy of ultrasonic waves.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe includes: an acoustic material AA having a plane FS1, a plane FS2, and a plane FS3 sequentially aligned in a Y direction and a chip CP1, a chip CP2, and a chip CP3 that are mounted on the plane FS1, the plane FS2, and the plane FS3, and on which a plurality of CMUT cells are disposed into an array shape respectively.
