The present invention relates to a rapid freezing apparatus, and more particularly, to a rapid nitrogen freezing apparatus for fresh food, which includes an injection part to inject the fresh food and a discharge part manufactured in a sealed and inclined transfer conveyor type, receives a nitrogen gas, and discharges fresh food by being rapidly frozen by a nitrogen gas to the outside through the discharge part while transferring the fresh food along a horizontal transfer conveyor if the food is injected into a chamber with the horizontal transfer conveyor through the injection part.
