The prevent invention relates to a pretreatment method for directly seeding an in vitro microtuber, comprising the followings steps of: a) sterilizing a washed in vitro microtuber with chlorine dioxide (ClO_2) and drying the sterilized in vitro microtuber； b) irradiating the dried in vitro microtuber with light and greening the dried in vitro microtuber； c) putting the greened in vitro microtuber in a storage container and storing the greened in vitro microtuber in a temperature range of 2 to 4°C； and d) germinating the in vitro microtuber. According to the present invention, the in vitro microtuber can quickly adapt to environment when directly seeded on a field, an early-stage management of the in vitro microtuber is facilitated, and physiological functions thereof such as vitamin synthesis is activated. When normally treating a sprout with diffused light, the sprout is thicker and stronger, and root energy is largely provided for a root to quickly stretch and come out. Moreover, the root quickly appear on the ground.본 발명은 a) 세척한 기내소괴경을 이산화염소(ClO2)로 소독하고 건조시키는 단계； b) 상기 건조된 기내소괴경에 광을 조사하여 녹화하는 단계； c) 상기 녹화된 기내소괴경을 저장용기에 담고, 2 내지 4℃ 온도 범위에서 보관하는 단계； 및 d) 상기 기내소괴경을 발아시키는 단계；를 포함하는 기내소괴경 직파를 위한 전처리 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 전처리를 거친 기내소괴경은 포장에 직파되었을 때 환경에 빨리 적응하고, 초기 관리가 수월할 뿐만 아니라, 비타민 합성 등 생리가 활성화되는 효과가 존재하며, 싹이 일반적인 산광 처리 시에 비해 더욱 두껍고 튼튼하고, 뿌리 원기 역시 많이 가지고 있어 파종 시 뿌리가 빨리 뻗어 나오며, 지상부 출현 또한 빨라지는 효과가 존재한다.
