The present invention relates to a bacterium subtilis strain isolated from the soil of Gurye-gun and having antibacterial activity against plant pathogens and a composition for promoting and controlling growth using the same.Bacillus subtilissp. isolated from the soil of Gurye-gun of the present invention has a control activity against the mildew of the culture medium or the culture medium extract and has a growth promoting effect on crops.본 발명은 식물 병원균에 대해 항균활성이 있으며 구례군 토양에서 분리된 바실러스 서브틸리스 균주와 이를 이용한 생육촉진 및 방제용 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 구례군 토양에서 분리된 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillus subtilis sp.)균주는 그 배양액 또는 배양액 추출물이 흰가루병(Powdery mildew)에 대해 방제 활성이 있으며 작물에 대한 생육촉진효과를 갖는다.
