A pneumatic electrical switch (10) and medical equipment provided with same the pneumatic electrical switch (10) comprising: a pneumatic valve assembly (100) comprising a valve body (110) and a valve core (120) said valve body (110) being internally provided with an air passage (1101) and said valve core (120) being movably positioned within said air passage (1101) of the valve body (110) between a position allowing air flow and a position blocking air flow a connecting member (200) provided on the pneumatic valve assembly (100) a transmission member (300) disposed upon said connecting member (200) and matching said valve core (120) and movable between an open position and a closed position such that when said transmission member (300) is in an open position the valve core (120) is in a position allowing air flow and when said transmission member (300) is in a closed position the valve core (120) is in a position blocking air flow a drive member (400) connected to the transmission member (300) so as to drive same to move between an open position and a closed position.
