PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device which can make a discolored region of a skin inconspicuous with less printing materials.SOLUTION: An image processing device 200 which controls the operation of a printing device for printing an image to a sheet that can be attached to a skin includes: an image acquisition unit 220 which acquires a skin image； an image analysis unit 230 which extracts a discolored region of the skin with the difference in colors between a periphery and itself equal to or greater than a prescribed level and the peripheral color from the skin image； a printing type decision unit 240 which decides a printing type including at least one of use of a base material containing a white pigment, a grain shape of a printing material in printing, a printing method and use of lame on the basis of at least one of the color and size of the discolored region； and a printing control unit 250 which outputs the image data for printing the printing material in the peripheral color with respect to the region corresponding to the discolored region of the sheet to the printing device and controls the operation of the printing device in accordance with the decided printing type.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
