The present invention relates to a fully automatic excrement treatment system for a bedridden patient, which assists in his or her defecation in close contact with the hips of the bedridden patient with restricted mobility. According to the present invention, urine and excrement detection is automatically performed by an automatic sensor and a series of processes from excrement suctioning to body cleaning and blow drying is automatically performed. As a result, the bedridden patient&primes defecation can be carried out in a hygienic manner even without the aid of a caregiver. The present invention is configured to include a cleaning socket, an excrement transporting unit, and an excrement treatment unit so that it can be conveniently used based on its ergonomic design. A front end portion of the cleaning socket that is brought into close contact with the user&primes hips is made from an antibacterial and aromatic silicone rubber material, and thus the present invention can be used with comfort and in a hygienic manner.
