The present invention relates to a system for directly puncturing a superficial femoral artery with a blocked inlet under ultrasonic induction, and a method for using the same. The system of the present invention comprises: an ultrasonic device (100) for obtaining an ultrasonic image of a superficial femoral artery； and a puncturing device (200) for puncturing the superficial femoral artery in accordance with an image acquired by the ultrasonic device (100). The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: (1) acquiring an ultrasonic image of a blood vessel in an ultrasonic device (100)； and puncturing a superficial femoral artery in a puncturing device (200) under ultrasonic induction in accordance with the ultrasonic image acquired in the step (1). According to the system and the method of the present invention, the ultrasonic device for acquiring the ultrasonic image of the superficial femoral artery is included, thereby performing an arterial puncturing and vascular intervention procedure even when an origin part of the superficial femoral artery is blocked. In addition, a CFA length measuring unit is included, thereby adjusting a needle to an artery branch angle to perform an arterial puncture.
