PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide claw scissors for dogs and cats capable of cutting dogs and cats claws easily and safely.SOLUTION: A stopper regulating the length of cutting claws is configured with a spring material in the conventional mechanism of claw scissors to facilitate escape of chips come out as cutting claws. A claw guide part which guides the claw to blades is combined therewith.
