CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus of cooked rice noodles comprises the following: a crushing chamber(300) installed in between a screw compressor(100) and a screw discharging device； crushing chamber flanges(340,341) connecting a screw compressor cylinder(110), and a screw discharging device cylinder(210)； rotating millstones(350,360) installed on the end a compression screw(120)； a fixed millstone(370) installed in between the rotating millstones, and fixed by inserting a key groove to a key of the flanges； an ingredient moving path transferring ingredients from the compression screw, to the rotating millstones and a resistance screw(220)； and a nozzle molding the ingredients cooked in the resistance screw.이 발명은 쌀국수 재료인 생쌀을 물로 세척하고 물에 담가 불리는 과정, 회전속도 600-900/rpm인 스크류압축기에서 물에 불린 재료를 분쇄실에 연속 공급하며여 분쇄실에서 재료의 압력을 높이는 과정, 스크류배출기에서 스크류핀의 재료의 이송량을 스크류압축기보다 작게 하여 분쇄실의 압력을 설정하고 유지시키는 과정, 분쇄실에서 압축력으로 밀도를 높인 재료를 회전맷돌과 고정맷돌의 사이에서 으깨면서 출구 방향으로 이동시키고 동시에 재료의 마찰열로 재료를 익혀 점성 재료로 만드는 과정, 및 스크류압축기에서 발생되는 재료의 이송 압력으로 익은 점성 재료를 성형실로 이동 시키고 성형실의 성형노즐에서 익은 국수로 성형이 되는 과정으로 외부열을 사용하지 않고 익힌 쌀국수, 그 제조방법 및 제조 장치를 제공한다.
