The present invention describes a polyamide textile fiber comprising conjugated nanoparticles homogeneously dispersed in the fiber, selected from polyethylene glycol-conjugated platinum nanoparticles, hyaluronic acid- conjugated gold nanoparticles and mixtures thereof. The invention also describes how to obtain it as well as its use in a cosmetic skin treatment as a system for the release of said conjugated nanoparticles.La presente invención describe una fibra textil de poliamida que comprende nanopartículas conjugadas dispersas de forma homogénea en la fibra, seleccionadas entre nanopartículas de platino conjugadas a polietilenglicol, nanopartículas de oro conjugadas a ácido hialurónico y sus mezclas. La invención describe asimismo su obtención así como su empleo en un tratamiento cosmético de la piel como sistema de liberación de dichas nanopartículas conjugadas.
