PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact UV irradiator for UV sensitivity measurement, which is arranged to be able to perform UV sensitivity measurement with high reliability.SOLUTION: A UV irradiator for UV sensitivity measurement comprises: a light source part which includes a plurality of kinds of LED elements different from each other in light emission center wavelength, and which emits at least one kind of continuous spectrum light of continuous spectrum light in a wavelength range of 290-320 nm, and continuous spectrum light in a wavelength range of 320-400 nm; and a driving part having a control mechanism for driving and controlling the respective LED elements for constituting the light source part independently.
