PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure security when the operation of an X-ray photographing apparatus 20 is performed by utilizing a portable terminal device 1.SOLUTION: On an X-ray photographing apparatus 20, a matrix code for authentication is displayed. The displayed matrix code is photographed by a portable terminal device 1. The data showing the photographed matrix code and the position of the portable terminal device 1 is transmitted to an authentication server 40 from the portable terminal device 1. When the authentication code expressed by the matrix code is right, while a first period of time has not passed from the time when the authentication code has been formed, and also, the position data shows the position of an X-ray photographing room 70, the portable terminal device 1 is authenticated.
