The present invention provides a hand rehabilitation robot which promotes blood circulation and helps a patient with a paralyzed hand perform rehabilitation exercise by himself/herself to enable continuous rehabilitation treatment under a current environment where therapists lack. For the purpose of the present invention, disclosed is a hand rehabilitation robot comprising a support portion and a finger portion connected to and supported by the support portion to correspond to fingers of the user, wherein the finger portion includes: a support plate connected to the support portion； a motor fixing portion extended from one side of the support plate； a motor fixed on one side of the motor fixing portion to have a rotary shaft extended from the other side thereof； a moving member connected to the rotary shaft of the motor to move backward or forward in a longitudinal direction of the rotary shaft； a first link having one end connected to the moving member to rotate according to backward or forward movement of the moving member； a second link having one end fixed to the support plate and the other end connected to the first link to rotate and controlling the rotation radius of the first link； and an attachment portion connected to the other end of the first link, to which fingers of the user are attached.본 발명은 혈액 순환을 촉진할 수 있으며, 손이 마비된 환자가 사용시, 스스로 재활 운동을 할 수 있어, 치료사가 부족한 현 환경에서 지속적인 재활 치료가 가능한 손 재활 로봇을 제공하는 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명은 지지부 및 상기 지지부에 연결되어 지지되며, 상기 사용자의 손가락에 대응되는 손가락부를 포함하고, 상기 손가락부는 상기 지지부에 연결된 지지판, 상기 지지판에서 일측으로 연장된 모터 고정부, 상기 모터 고정부의 일단에 고정되며, 타측으로 연장된 회전축을 갖는 모터, 상기 모터의 회전축에 연결되어, 상기 회전축의 길이 방향으로 전진 및 후진하는 이동 부재, 일단이 상기 이동부재에 연결되며, 상기 이동부재의 전진 및 후진에 따라 회전 운동하는 제 1 링크, 일단이 상기 지지판에 고정되고, 타단이 상기 제 1 링크에 연결되어 회전 운동하며, 상기 제 1 링크의 회전 반경을 조절하는 제 2 링크 및 상기 제 1 링크의 타단에 연결되며, 상기 사용자의 손가락 단부가 부착되는 부착부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손 재활 로봇을 개시한다.
