A system for providing an indication of delivery of a neural stimulation therapy is disclosed. In an example, a system may include an implantable medical device (IMD) configured to deliver neural stimulation using different stimulation states, and an external device configured to identify a current stimulation state of the neural stimulation delivered by the IMD.
