A system includes a therapeutic module including a module housing. An electric motor including a shaft is contained within the module housing. At least one magnet is coupled to the shaft in an offset manner. The magnet is rotatably driven about a centerline of the shaft by the motor to generate a dynamic magnetic field which penetrates living tissue and generate micro-vibrations including oscillating inertial loads resulting from rotation of the magnet about the centerline. A light source directs emitted light into the magnetic field generated by the magnet. A circuit board of the therapeutic module facilitates signal communication with a remote controller operatively coupled to the therapeutic module. The remote controller includes a processor configured to control one or more parameters of the therapeutic module based, in one embodiment, at least partially on one or more signals transmitted by the therapeutic module.
