The invention is a kit (10) for foot therapy or reflexology, comprising a container (20) suited to assume a closed configuration and to contain a plurality of instruments or devices for foot therapy or reflexology, and an open configuration of use, and wherein said container (20) comprises a substantially flat face (30) on which one or more seats (40, 41) or means are provided, which are suited to house one or more of said instruments or devices, said substantially flat face (30) constituting a platform or board for foot therapy or reflexology.
