PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic oil-in-water type emulsified seasoning capable of feeling richness therefrom, regardless of a small content of edible fat and oil.SOLUTION: There is provided an acidic oil-in-water type emulsified seasoning containing edible fat and oil as much as 3-50 mass%. In the acidic oil-in-water type emulsified seasoning, the content of linolenic acid which is a constituent fatty acid in the edible fat and oil is 0.5-10 mass% to the acidic oil-in-water type emulsified seasoning.
