The sleeve is movable in the housing between first and second positions. The a syringe comprises a chamber for containing a medicament and an injection needle extending from the syringe chamber, the syringe chamber at least partially disposed in the sleeve, the injection needle having a skin penetrating end opposite the syringe chamber, the skin penetrating end disposed within the housing when the sleeve is in the first position and the skin penetrating end extending out from the housing when the sleeve is in the second position. A portion of the sleeve engages a drive link of the autoinjector, when the cassette is mounted on or in the autoinjector.
