PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle having pores, which can be boiled in a short time without spoiling of the texture of the noodle.SOLUTION: A needle-like insertion pin having a diameter in the range of 1/5 to 1/3 of the noodle thickness 4 of a noodle 1 formed in a stretched shape is pressed into the side face of the noodle, such that the maximum diameter part of the needle-like insertion pin reaches the central part of the noodle. When the needle-like insertion pin is pulled out, a pore 5 is formed in the shape of the pin, allowing the heat and water component to be easily absorbed.
