PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel gene expression-promoting agent for beautiful skin which promotes the expression of a gene involved in the beauty of human skin by using a koji mold fermentation extract as an active ingredient. A gene expression promoter for beautiful skin contains a fermentation extract of Aspergillus oryzae as an active ingredient, and is involved in beauty of human skin, including BMP-2, TGFB1, CLDN7, HB-EGF, VEGF-A, LCE3D. And at least one or more genes for skin beautification of PPAR-D are expressed.
