A stent/graft device for intraoperative repair of a damaged portion of a body-vessel, comprising a generally cylindrical body having a passageway therethrough；and a connector positioned at least at one axial end of said body, an axial end ofsaid connector extending into said passageway and another axial end of said connectorextending from said body, said axial end extending into said passageway havinga diameter such that said end is snugly received in said body, said axial end extendingfrom said body including a mechanism for effecting engagement with said vesseland wherein said device comprises a connector positioned at each axial end thereof,aech of said connectors including a portion adapted for fixed engagement withsaid vessel via one or more sutures .
