The present invention relates to a novel Tetterwort vein chlorosis virus gene found in Chelidonium majus var. asiaticum (Hara) Ohwi. More specifically, the present invention relates to a Tetterwort vein chlorosis virus gene comprising a base sequence represented by sequence number 1 and a base sequence represented by sequence number 2, a recombinant vector comprising the Tetterwort vein chlorosis virus gene, and a host cell transformed by the recombinant vector. According to the present invention, the gene of the present invention can contribute to distribution of disease-free host plants including Chelidonium majus var. asiaticum (Hara) Ohwi and also to quality improvement.본 발명은 애기똥풀 식물에서 발견된 신규한 애기똥풀 잎맥 황백화 바이러스 유전자에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 서열번호 1의 염기서열 및 서열번호 2의 염기서열을 포함하는 애기똥풀 잎맥 황백화 바이러스(Tetterwort vein chlorosis virus) 유전자, 상기 애기똥풀 잎맥 황백화 바이러스 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터 및 상기 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 숙주세포를 제공한다.
