PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque device which keeps itself connected to a catheter to allow flushing even if a guide wire is not pulled out.SOLUTION: A catheter connector 10 is connected to the back end of a catheter 2, while a syringe connector 30 is attachable to or removable from the catheter connector 10 and can be connected to a syringe, wherein the catheter connector 10 and the syringe connector 30 have their respective inner spatial passages 11 and 32 for letting a guide wire 3 pass through and a flushing liquid flow through to transport it into the catheter 2 and the syringe connector 30, when connected to the catheter connector 10, makes its tip, a guide wire chuck 31, tighten the guide wire 3 to fix. In this situation, the flushing liquid can be transported through an aperture 31b from the inner spatial passage 32 into the inner spatial passage 11 on the side of the catheter connector 10.
