There is disclosed a device (1) for injecting bone cement. The device comprises a flexible delivery tube (11) having a proximal end portion (13), a distal end portion (15), and an inner bore (19) defining an inner diameter a flexible plunger (21) having a distal end portion (23) sized for slidable reception in the bore and an advancement means (31) for distally advancing the plunger, the means located adjacent the proximal end portion of the flexible delivery tube in which the plunger comprises an outer surface textured to enhance its attachment to the advancement means.
