PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder cassette which permits an appropriate powder to be chosen from among a variety of kinds of powders, and the amount of the powder corresponding to a pack to be precisely discharged, measured, and divided and packed, and a powder dividing and packing machine.SOLUTION: The powder cassette 2 has a case 9 storing the powder A, a nearly cylindrical discharge portion 10 penetrating the case 9 from the inside 9a to the outside 9b and projecting to the outside 9b, and a transfer means 11 to discharge the powder A stored in the inside 9a of the case 9 from the discharge portion 10 to the outside 9b of the case 9. The tip portion 17a and the base end portion 17b of the discharge portion 10 are joined by a flexible jointing member 17c. The tip portion 17a is given vibrations by a vibrating means.
