PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety and ensure a sufficient field of view in a trocar having a retractable camera mechanism.SOLUTION: A trocar 1 comprises: a pipe part 11 for inserting a medical appliance into a body and a head part 12 provided continuously in an upper part of the pipe part 11. The trocar 1 is provided at an abdominal wall through the pipe part 11. A side face side opening 13 is provided in the pipe part 11. In the side face side opening 13, an open state continues until a distal end face of the pipe part 11. Thus, a part of the distal end face of the pipe part 11 is open. With the turning of a switch mechanism 16 and a shaft 14, a retractable camera 17 passes through the side face side opening 13 and turns so as to be switched between a retracted position and a deployed position. A front face of the camera 17 and the distal end face of the pipe part 11 are configured to be in substantially flush positions.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】格納式カメラ機構を有するトロカールにおいて、安全性を向上させるとともに、充分な視野を確保する。【解決手段】トロカール1は、医療器具を体内に挿入するためのパイプ部11と、パイプ部11の上部に連続して設けられるヘッド部12を有し、パイプ部11を介して腹壁に設けられる。パイプ部11には側面側開口部13が設けられる。側面側開口部13は、開口状態がパイプ部11先端面まで連続している。これにより、パイプ部11先端面の一部は開放されている。切替機構16およびシャフト14の回動に伴って、格納式カメラ17は、側面側開口部13を通過して、格納位置と展開位置とに切替可能に回動する。さらに、カメラ17の前面とパイプ部11先端面とが略面一位置になるよう構成されている。【選択図】図1
