The bottle placing rack (1) has a back board (12) which has a semi-cylindrical inner surface (121) and a semi-cylindrical outer surface (122) and multiple horizontal arc shelves (11) which are formed as one with the semi-cylindrical inner surface (121) of the back board (12). Each arc shelf (11) has a radial inner edge (111) and a radial outer edge (112). The worktable (2) has an approximately big semicircular horizontal plate-like part (21) provided for operators to do dispensing operation on it. The plate-like part (21) is located under the bottle placing rack (1). When viewed in the top viewport, the approximately semicircular outline of the plate-like part (21) roughly coincides with the vertical projection of the semi-cylindrical outer surface (122) of the back board (12). The center (C21) of the plate-like part (21) is basically located on the central axis (C12) corresponding with the semi-cylindrical outer surface (122). Wherein, the radial inner edges (111) of those shelves, from each of which the vertical distance to the plate-like part (21) is greater than or equal to a predetermined value (H), are gradually closer to the central axis (C12) of the back board (12) with the increase of the height of the shelves (11).
