Disclosed is a punctal plug comprising a structure insertable through a punctum of an eye and a therapeutic agent comprising a mydriatic drug, and deliverable from the structure into the eye to therapeutically effect and/or stabilize a refractive property of the eye wherein the structure includes at least one surface configured to release a therapeutic quantity of the therapeutic agent into tear or tear film fluid of the eye when exposed thereto. Further disclosed is a punctal plug comprising a structure, a punctal insert to retain the structure adjacent to an eye and a therapeutic agent deliverable from the structure into the eye to therapeutically effect and/or stabilize one or more refractive properties of the eye, the therapeutic agent comprising a mydriatic drug.
