More specifically, provided is a device for automatically controlling access to a fence for sanitary control of a cowshed, comprising: a main rotation rod having one end coupled to a first longitudinal support rod and the other end coupled to a second longitudinal support rod so as to be rotatable about the axis； a motor rotatable clockwise and counterclockwise； a speed reducer coupled to the motor to decelerate the rotational force transmitted from the motor； a rotation belt having one end coupled to a rotation shaft of the speed reducer and the other end coupled to the main rotation rod to rotate the main rotation rod by rotating force transmitted from the speed reducer； and a protector having both ends coupled to the main rotation rod, having a closed curve structure along with the main rotation rod, and rotating the main rotation rod around a central shaft in accordance with the rotation of the main rotation rod so as to prevent livestock from coming close to the fence.
