PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus capable of suppressing deterioration in the visibility of an X-ray fluoroscopic image even when an irradiation range control member is reflected in a region of interest.SOLUTION: An X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus 100 includes an X-ray irradiation part 1 for irradiating a subject S with an X-ray, an X-ray receiving part 2 for receiving the X-ray transmitting the subject S, an MLC (irradiation range control member) 3 for narrowing an irradiation range of the X-ray from the X-ray irradiation part 1, and a control part 4 for controlling irradiation intensity of the X-ray from the X-ray irradiation part 1 on the basis of an ROI (region of interest) on an X-ray fluoroscopic image I. The control part 4 executes at least one of first control to remove a part of the ROI where the MLC 3 is reflected and update the ROI to a new ROI when the MLC 3 is reflected in the ROI set on the X-ray fluoroscopic image I received by the X-ray receiving part 2, and second control to substitute a predetermined pixel value for a pixel of the part where the MLC 3 in the region of interest is reflected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】照射範囲制御部材が関心領域に映りこむ場合にも、X線透視画像の視認性が悪化するのを抑制することが可能なX線透視装置を提供する。【解決手段】このX線透視装置100は、被検体SにX線を照射するX線照射部1と、被検体Sを透過したX線を受像するX線受像部2と、X線照射部1から照射されるX線の照射範囲を絞るMLC(照射範囲制御部材)3と、X線透視画像I上のROI(関心領域)に基づいてX線照射部1から照射されるX線の照射強度の制御を行う制御部4とを設ける。また、制御部4は、X線受像部2が受像したX線透視画像I上に設定されたROI中にMLC3が映り込んでいる場合に、ROI中のMLC3が映りこむ部分を除外して新たなROIに更新する第1制御、または、関心領域中のMLC3が映りこむ部分の画素に所定の画素値を代入する第2制御のうち少なくとも1つを行うように構成する。【選択図】図3
