PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method that can measure an electrocardiogram with reduced noise, and a garment for electrocardiogram measurement that can measure the electrocardiogram.SOLUTION: A member for forming electrodes and wires comprises: a sheet with hot melt that comprises a first hot melt layer and a first insulating layer and a conducting sheet with hot melt that comprises a conducting layer and a second hot melt layer laminated on the conducting layer. The conducting sheet with the hot melt is cut in a predetermined shape.
