The present invention relates to a vegetable mucus as a carrier of a plant extract containing a flavonoid and a flavonoid-containing preparation composition containing the same. The vegetable mucus not only increases the solubility of the flavonoid but also increases the bioavailability of the flavonoid, and thus can be usefully used as a carrier of flavonoids.본 발명은 플라보노이드를 함유하는 식물 추출물의 담체로서의 식물성 점액 및 이를 포함하는 플라보노이드 함유 제제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 식물성 점액은 플라보노이드의 용해도를 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라 플라보노이드의 생체 흡수율을 증가시키는 효과가 있어 플라보노이드의 담체로서 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
