A tie comprising a strap 1 extending along a first longitudinal axis between two end parts fitted respectively with a female part 3 and a male part 5, of a fastening system and a locking member of the male part 5 in the female part 3 when the male part 5 is inserted in the female part 3. The locking member comprises a strip 6 and a slot crossing the male part 5 of the fastening system. The strip 6 is designed to be inserted along a second axis approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. A locking mechanism of the strip 6 in slot is provided in such a way as to prevent sliding of the strip 6 in the slot in an opposite direction according to the second axis after the strip 6 has crossed a certain insertion position in the slot along the axis of insertion. The locking mechanism comprises notches arranged along a first end part of the strip 6, a lock in which the notches of the strip 6 are inserted, and which is placed on the strap 1 laterally on one side of the slit in the male part 5 of the fastening system and a collar in which the strap 1 is inserted and which is placed on the strap 1 laterally on the other side of the slit in alignment with the lock and the slit along the second axis and a first protuberance 5 placed at a second end part on the strip 6 so as to abut against the collar when the strip 6 crosses the collar and the slit and so that the notches of the strip 6 are inserted in the lock.
